These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and q589 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the q589 online gaming platform available at q589.org and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

You must:

q589 reserves the right to suspend any account that shows signs of unauthorised access, unusual activity patterns, or potential security compromise, pending investigation. During such suspension, all transactions on the account will be frozen.

q589 supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by q589, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the q589 cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.

• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount before processing.

General bonus conditions applicable to all q589 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

All bets placed on the q589 Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. q589 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without explanation.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market and are displayed at the point of placing each bet. q589 may apply individual account-level stake restrictions at any time.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error resulting in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, q589 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. • Palpable Errors: q589 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are manifestly different from prevailing market prices due to a pricing error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts suspended.
• Cricket and Sports Betting: PSL, international T20, Test match, and other sports betting markets are governed by the specific sport rules published in the q589 sportsbook section. Void rules, dead heat rules, and settlement procedures are described therein.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q589 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q589 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond q589's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement calculations that are corrected in accordance with these Terms;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Where q589's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your q589 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude q589's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

q589 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — q589 will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via email to your registered address before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of the q589 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact q589 support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any outstanding balance.
